Produced in 2012 by the <span class=\"s1\"><b>Wildlife Pictures Institute<\/b><\/span>, this series stands as one of the most comprehensive works ever made on Iran\u2019s reptilian fauna.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p class=\"p1\">The greatest achievement of this project was the <span class=\"s1\"><b>discovery and documentation of two new species of monitor lizards<\/b><\/span> in Iran and the world \u2014 a finding confirmed through genetic analyses, reflecting the deep scientific foundation behind the series.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p class=\"p1\">The collection consists of seven episodes:<\/p><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1. Monitor Lizards of Iran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2. Non-Venomous Snakes of Iran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3. Rear-Fanged and Venomous-Saliva Snakes of Iran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4. Venomous Snakes of Iran (Part I)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5. Venomous Snakes of Iran (Part II)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6. Agamids of Iran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7. An Overview of the Status of Reptiles in Iran<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><p class=\"p1\"><b>\u201cReptiles of Iran\u201d<\/b><span class=\"s1\"> was produced by <\/span><b>Fathollah Amiri<\/b><span class=\"s1\"> and directed by <\/span><b>Farrokh Rastkar<\/b><span class=\"s1\"> for <\/span><b>IRIB Documentary Channel<\/b><span class=\"s1\">. In 2013, it received the <\/span><b>Golden Statue for Best TV Documentary Series<\/b><span class=\"s1\"> at the <\/span><b>IRIB Jam-e-Jam Television Festival<\/b><span
