In this category, <strong>Mahmoud Mansouri<\/strong> \u2014 the subject and cinematographer of the documentary \u2014 earned this international honor, competing against two entries from the host country, the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n<p>Despite an <strong>official invitation from the Wildscreen Festival<\/strong> and <strong>support from Sir David Attenborough<\/strong>, Mahmoud was unable to attend the ceremony due to a visa rejection. On his behalf, <strong>Dr. Mohammad Ala<\/strong> (the film\u2019s independent producer) received the <strong>Golden Panda Trophy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/wildlifepictures.ir\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Wildscreen-award-receiving-mob.mp4\"><\/video><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><span class=\"s1\">Moments after receiving the award, <strong>Mahmoud Mansouri<\/strong> expressed his gratitude to the festival\u2019s director and jury members in a video message. <strong>Dr. Mohammad Ala<\/strong> then spoke about the film\u2019s conservation goals and the vital role of local communities in protecting endangered species.<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The <strong>Wildscreen Festival<\/strong>, recognized as the world\u2019s most prestigious wildlife filmmaking event, celebrated its <strong>36th edition<\/strong> this year from <strong>October 15 to 19 (Mehr 23\u201327, 2018)<\/strong> in the city of <strong>Bristol<\/strong> \u2014 known as the <strong>Green Hollywood<\/strong>. He played a key role in the discovery of the <strong>Spider-Tailed Viper<\/strong> and, under Amiri\u2019s mentorship, gradually became recognized as both the cinematographer and guardian of this rare species.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Later, through collaboration with the Ilam-based filmmaker <strong>Mehdi Noormohammadi<\/strong> and extensive field research alongside <strong>Dr. Fathinia<\/strong>, Mahmoud\u2019s knowledge of this valuable species deepened. Ultimately, he captured the <strong>iconic shot of the spider-tailed hunting scene<\/strong>, which was later featured in the documentary <strong>\u201cAlamto, a Reptile Wonderland\u201d<\/strong> and earned him several awards, including <strong>Best Cinematography at the Iran Cinema House Awards<\/strong> and the <strong>Tehran Short Film Festival<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
